This white miso is without artificial flavors and preservatives, made from the best purely Japanese basic ingredients. It s so versatile and just ideal for miso soup and marinate fish or meat with a very nice and clean miso bouquet. The soybeans used in the process are shelled to get a lighter color.

The small Yagisawa brewery, which has existed since 1807, was due to the Tsunami completely destroyed and now again still made it back step by step to continue their  tradition and their fantastic miso products. Full support!
