Passed down through generations, this tea is cultivated without pesticides or chemical fertilizers, using natural plant-based fertilizers. It offers a distinct aroma and a rich, smooth flavor. Enjoy it traditionally or as a cold brew for a milder, refreshing taste. A rare tea that embodies history, craftsmanship, and deep flavor.

Preparation:

• 40-60ml of water
• Water temperature of 50 degrees Celsius or less
• 6 grams of tea leaves
• Best prepared in a Japanese one-handed pot
